Booking and deposits
Booking requests are submitted through the contact form. A date is not secured until availability is confirmed and the required deposit is received.
Deposit timing is agreed during booking and must be met by the stated deadline. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, deposits are non-refundable.
Payments
Payments may be made by PayPal, cash, or check, based on what is confirmed for your booking.
Payment must be completed according to the agreed timeline confirmed in writing.
This website does not directly store payment card details.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If plans change, reach out as early as possible. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled based on notice and current availability.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on calendar availability.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including timing, location, and key logistics.
Where needed, you are also responsible for venue coordination, including access, venue rules, required approvals, and site readiness for performance.
Performance scope
DJ services are limited to the scope, schedule, and format agreed in writing for your event.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, power outages, transportation disruption, government restrictions, or similar events.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver professional, reliable service at all times. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
